Warp Zone Gaming Club – Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: July 2, 2025

By purchasing a Warp Zone Gaming Club membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Membership Benefit

• Unlimited Tokens: Active members receive unlimited arcade tokens for use during each visit to Warp Zone.

• Bonus Perks: Members who purchase an annual or lifetime membership by 9/1 will receive:

  • One (1) free official Gaming Club t-shirt

  • One (1) free 2 hour private party rental (subject to availability and scheduling)

  • The private party is to be booked outside of normal business hours.

2. Membership Types & Duration

• Monthly Memberships: Auto-renew each month until canceled.

• 6 Month Memberships : Auto-renews every 6 months until canceled.

• Annual Memberships: Valid for one year from the purchase date. Auto-renew each year until canceled.

• Lifetime Memberships: Valid for the lifetime of the member or the duration of the Gaming Club program, whichever ends first.

3. Token Use Unlimited token benefit is valid only for the individual member and is non-transferable.

• Tokens may only be used during staffed business hours and may not be shared with non-members.

• You can take one cup of 20 tokens at a time. Once all of those tokens are used, you can get another cup of 20 tokens.

• Unused tokens must be returned to the bartender.

• Abuse of token privileges (e.g. giving tokens to others) may result in cancellation of membership without refund.

4. T-Shirt & Private Party Perks

• Perks for annual and lifetime members must be claimed by 6 months after they are earned.

• Free private party must be booked out side of normal business hours. It includes standard rental package only and is subject to availability. Reservation must be made at least 14 days in advance.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

• Monthly memberships may be canceled anytime but will remain active through the end of the billing cycle.

• Annual and lifetime memberships are non-refundable after purchase.

• Warp Zone reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership in cases of misuse or violation of these terms.

• Memberships muct be cancelled 14 days before their next billing cycle.

• No refunds for memberships after payment is made
  

6. General Conditions

• Members must present valid ID or membership confirmation upon entry.

• Benefits and terms are subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

• Warp Zone is not responsible for lost or stolen membership information.
